Annual Report of the Chair of Audit and Governance Committee 2025/26

Summary

1. To provide the Chair’s annual report, for the 2025-26 municipal year, for members’ consideration.

Background

2. Council will be recall that, at its meeting of 17 July 2025, it considered the annual report from the Chair of Audit and Governance Committee, for the years 2023-24 and 2024-25.  Attached at Annex 1 is the annual report for the 2025-26 municipal year, for similar consideration.
